HEALTH ASSISTANCE

Health Assistance provides expert medical information regarding health-related questions on such topics as side effects to specific medication, what to do in case of allergies, pre-travel immunization, nutrition, fitness, childcare and other health issues. Health Assistance permits contact with suppliers and care specialists, for customers and their families who are recovering from accidents, serious illness or surgery.

In addition, our service provides referrals to medical specialist and private clinics.

For example, a customer may require specific medical assistance after a serious injury or sickness. Our medical experts can help negotiate agreements with public or private health providers and other home assistance services such as housekeeping, meal preparation and childcare services.

Examples of client requests that this service can handle:

• “I am planning a one-month vacation in Mexico, and was told I should get certain vaccinations. Can you tell me what they prevent and what are the possible side effects?”

• “I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My doctor recommends that I loose weight and consult a nutritionist. Can you help me find a private clinic that provides these services?”
