Home Assistance provides referrals and advice for tenants and property owners on home repairs, maintenance and renovations. Answers questions and offers referrals for home and family situations, such as information on retirement homes, home services community care and more.

This value added service provides answers to customer's questions concerning emergency situation or other problems. It offers help in both identifying the problem and finding an appropriate solution.

Examples of client requests that this service can handle:

• “I have recently moved to this new town and I don’t know anyone. I need an electrician to make some urgent repairs. Can you refer me to someone?”

• “I have just purchased a dishwasher and would like to install it myself. Can you put me in touch with someone who could give me a few tips on how to do this?”

• “I am looking for a retirement home for my aging mother, who has special needs. What do I need to do? Where should I start?”
