SERVICE
FBA's Legal Assistance service will give your customer access to a telephone
legal information line. Our lawyers will answer questions on all legal
matters concerning the Insured's personal identity, no matter what field
of Canadian law. The information is provided by:
• lawyers with at least five years of experience;
• through a Toll-free number;
• all information provided is substantiated and,
• the number and length of call is unlimited.
LEGAL INSURANCE
PROTECTION
The insurance protection covers the Insured's expenses and legal costs
up to the limit of the policy.
The protection also
covers:
• services of a firm hired to assist the Insured in reporting the
identity theft;
• loss of wages resulting from time off work;
• external experts expenses such as accountant’s fees, actuary
fees...
