ROAD ASSISTANCE

Solves issues your customers can face when misfortune happens, such as the loss of keys, flat tires or mechanical problems. Coverage is offered on a cost per service basis, or on a “pay per use” basis.

We design extensive Emergency Road Assistance benefits packages that are specially tailored to meet your customer's needs. Such package may include one or more of the services described below.

• Emergency road service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – in the event of mechanical failure or breakdown of the vehicle.

• Towing service – if the vehicle cannot be started or driven, a service truck will tow it to the destination of your choice or within a predetermined distance.

• Battery service – in case of failure, a service technician will boost the car battery.

• Flat tire assistance – in the event of a flat tire, a service technician will remove the flat tire and replace it with a spare tire.

• Fuel, oil and fluid delivery – a service vehicle will be dispatched for emergency delivery of fuel, oil or fluid.

• Loss of keys or emergency lock-out assistance – in the event of stolen keys or accidentally locked inside the vehicle, a service vehicle will be dispatched to assist the customer.
