LEGAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE

FBA's Legal Assistance service will give your customer access to a telephone legal information line. Our lawyers will answer questions on all legal matters concerning the Insured’s business, no matter what field of Canadian law. The information is provided by:

• lawyers with at least five years of experience;

• through a Toll-free number;

• all information provided is substantiated and,

• the number and length of call is unlimited.


LEGAL INSURANCE PROTECTION


In the event of a dispute concerning:

• clients or suppliers;
• employees;
• landlord or tenant,

also on laws regarding:

• Consumer protection;
• Workers compensation;
• Youth protection;
• Business competition;
• Commercial issues;

the Insured selects a lawyer of his choice and the legal insurance protection will cover the lawyer's fees, external expert's expenses and legal cost up to the determined limit of the policy.
